Every step is a real action the founder takes personally. No automatic queue, no algorithmic filter.

Application
You submit an application — a genuine one, read personally by the founder, without an automatic queue or an algorithmic filter.
Fill out the form honestly and in full — the depth of your answers is the first sign of serious intent. The application carries no obligation.

Admission interview
If your application shows a fit, you are invited to an admission interview with the founder — this is where your starting point and readiness are genuinely assessed.
Based on the interview, the founder recommends a starting programme and names the individual cost. Payment happens only after the admission interview and enrollment.

First session
Once enrollment completes, you are assigned a master and your first session is booked. Training is currently led personally by the founder of the School.
The exact length, interval, and format of the first session are confirmed at the admission interview.

The monthly work
From there, you have regular sessions with your master every month. The number of sessions depends on your level — Basic, Advanced, or Mastery.
The month's detail — session length, interval, format, between-session support — lives on each level's page; anything not yet public is agreed at the admission interview.

Your student portal
Your student portal holds a diary, a roadmap with milestones and focus areas, and your session history.
Your personal materials remain yours and stay accessible even if you pause your membership.
What this is — and what it is not
A serious practice draws a clear line. Read this before you begin.
Informational Yoga is an educational and spiritual-practical system. It is not medical care, not psychotherapy, and not a substitute for consulting a relevant specialist — and not a substitute for faith, prayer, or the church. Nor is it altering consciousness with substances: we use no drugs of any kind.
The School does not guarantee identical results for every person. The work happens in what you do between sessions with your master — not in the sessions alone.
